This 500-year-old hot spring town is situated right in front of the Sea of Japan. It is also home of a nationally well-known folk song “Kaigarabushi”. In summer, you’ll be able to see fishing lights over the horizon at night, called “Isaribi”.

Hot spring with one of the area’s foremost supply of water, there are 2 inns and 3 footbaths located around JR Hamamura Station.
Home to a beautiful white sand beach and a view of the sea, this hot spring was once introduced by Lafcadio Hearn as “beautiful, rustic, and welcoming”.
